1 C sundried tomato soaked in 2 C hot
water 2 hours-blended
2 C fresh tomato blended
3 C (or one pkg 6) finely chopped
portobello
½ C very finely chopped celery
½ C finely chopped sweet yellow onion
½ C finely chopped green onion
2 t garlic powder (raw garlic too
overpowering for me right now)
2 finely chopped jalapeno (I added
chili flakes too because jalapeno was mild)
3 ears corn w/ kernels removed
2 large Summer squash chopped
Spices: oregano, cilantro, cumin, raw
cocoa powder, chili powder, salt (all to taste.. I used lots of cocoa
powder and chili powder). I don't really measure, I just add and taste.
Avocado on top.
